• We offer FREE shipping on orders $60 and up (USA Only).
• We ship with the USPS and provide tracking numbers for you to check the ETA of your package.
• Orders are usually shipped within 2-5 business days, as they are made to order. 
• We include a customs slip with all international orders, but your country may also charge you a Duty or Custom Tax when you pick up your package. This is not included in our shipping cost, and it will be your responsibility to pay it.

RETURN POLICY

• We do not offer returns/exchanges based on dissatisfaction with the scent.  
• We offer a one time return/exchange per order. If for any reason you are not happy with the products ordered, just send us an email and we will be happy to help you with the return/exchange process.
• For a refund/exchange we will require you to send back the unused portion of the product(s).
• When we receive the unused portion of the product we will issue a refund or provide an exchange for you. (Shipping is non-refundable)
• We are not responsible for the return shipping costs and the refund processing fee.
• We do not give a refund after we have exchanged the products for you. We only provide a refund OR an exchange for an order (one or the other).
• GIFT CARDS: All gift cards expire after one year. We do not offer refunds on gift cards. Gift cards can not be traded for cash. All gift card sales are final.
